During this period all our housing services will be conducted via email and telephone.
In order to safeguard our residents we are asking only those that require immediate assistance to contact us.
Who should I contact?
Can I speak face-to-face with a housing adviser?
To ensure everyone's safety we are delivering our service differently.
We ask people to contact us by email on firstname.lastname@example.org with your query in the first instance. If that is not possible please phone on 020 8496 4197.
What about other housing issues?
For housing management issues, you can still contact our housing officers. If you have your housing officer’s email you can message them direct or else use the email below.
Priority will be given to the most urgent matters.
