What about other housing issues?

I am a Council tenant and struggling to pay my bills

The Council offers a range of help for residents having problems paying their rent or Council Tax during the current emergency. One simple form on the website is all you need to complete to apply for help.

Decisions are being taken within three days and assessment team officers are now working weekends, where possible, to ensure a fast decision is reached.

You can also contact the Housing Rents service for advice and assistance.

If you are in arrears and would like to either propose a new repayment arrangement or propose an amendment to an existing arrangement, please visit the Housing Arrears Arrangement form. You will need to be registered for a My Account and have linked your account online.
