Council leaseholders

If you have lost a key/fob, or yours is faulty, you can order a replacement.

Who can order?

Leaseholders and council residents living in a communal block, flat or gated premise.

Keys and fobs price list

• Multi-lock - £21 each
• Fobs (entrance and garage) - £13.35 for first one, £7.02 per extra fob
• Cisa key - £17 each

Please pay the correct amount, as shown in the above price list, as we cannot issue refunds for keys and fobs payments. All new keys or fobs must ordered through our online payments portal.

Collection

Once the payment has been, we will contact you when your key/fob is ready for collection. (This can take up to 21 days).

Collections are from Walthamstow Library

When you pick up the keys or fobs, please taken the receipt number, along with two forms of ID.

For example:

• Valid passport
• Driving licence
• Council tax bill (current year)
• Utility bills (electricity, gas, water, home internet) dated from the last three months

Faulty fobs

If your fob isn't working, please call 0208 496 3000 and select Housing to report it. We will arrange a repair/replacement.
