Attending a school or college
Before leaving school or college, every learner is entitled to a one-to-one careers guidance interview with a qualified careers adviser. In school, the careers leader will arrange an appointment for you.
If you are a student in our local colleges, you can make an appointment by directly contacting your college careers service by email:

National Careers Service
If you are 13 years or older you can get more information and advice about careers, jobs, education, and training through the National Careers Service.
Call 0800 100 900 to speak to an adviser or webchat online. Calls are free from most landlines and mobiles and lines are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm and on Saturday from 10am to 5pm.
