A space to get involved
Whether you receive Adult Social Care services, have care and support needs, care for someone who does, or are simply interested in helping improve services, your experiences and insights matter.
There are many ways to get involved, from sharing your views and ideas to taking part in events, meetings, surveys and engagement activities. By working together, we can help shape and improve Adult Social Care services across Waltham Forest, ensuring they better meet the needs of local people.
Your voice matters
The Adults Voice and Influence Team supports Adult Social Care to deliver meaningful engagement and co-production activities across Waltham Forest.
The team works alongside people with lived experience, carers, staff and partners to influence and inform services, recruitment and communications. By listening to people's experiences, ideas and feedback, we can make sure services are designed and delivered in ways that reflect the needs of those who use them.
We work with:
- People with lived experience of Adult Social Care services
- Carers
- Council staff
- Health partners
- Healthwatch Waltham Forest
- Community and voluntary organisations
