Some schools need extra information we don’t collect on our application form. The schools listed below will ask you to complete a SIF and/or Certificate of Catholic Practice (CCP):

• Chingford Foundation School (PDF)
• Highams Park School (PDF)
  • Highams Park Supplementary Information Form
• Holy Family Catholic School
  • Certificate of Catholic practice (PDF)
  • And/or other Christian traditions and other faiths (PDF)

If you do not complete a SIF and/or CCP this may result in your child not being offered a place at the school.
