As part of our new IT system, residents and businesses will need to create a new account and sign in to submit the online form.
You can’t use your existing MyAccount for these forms.
If you, or anyone else, is in immediate danger call 999.
All our residents should feel safe, whether at home or in public spaces.
We know anti-social behaviour is a serious problem, and can cause harassment, distress or alarm.
Report anti-social behaviour anonymously
If you already have an account, once you log in, your details will be pre-populated, but if you wish to report anonymously.
You can submit the report by entering the following standardised information:
Title: Whatever you wish
First Name: Anonymous
Last Name: Anonymous
Address: Waltham Forest Town Hall, 701, Forest Road, Walthamstow, Waltham Forest, E17 4JF
Email: x@walthamforest.gov.uk
When asked about the issue location, select a “A different address” and enter the address where the incident took place. Using these details means no identifiable information will be associated with your report, and your identity will be safe.
What is anti-social behaviour?
Anti-social behaviour includes:
- People being rowdy and aggressive in public
- Neighbours causing a nuisance
- Large groups behaving badly
