Support into work  

You can find services such as support from advisors, interview preparation, and access to jobs and training. We offer tailored support at every step of your journey into work.  

Employment Drop-In Sessions 

Join us at our convenient drop-in sessions and experience the advantage of one-to-one guidance from our dedicated employment advisors. 

Direct Employment Programmes 

Find employment programmes that offer fast-track access into industries with vacancies to fill. Industries include: teaching, retail, logistics, hospitality, construction, and health and social care.   

Supported Employment 

Discover how we can assist job seekers with learning disabilities, particularly autism, in finding work. 

Employment Support for 16 to 25 year olds 

The Future Formed programme offers young residents insight and exposure to the creative industries, as well as mentoring and professional advice with the ultimate aim of supporting participants into paid work. 

Adult Learning Service 

The Adult Learning Service provides opportunities for you to improve your English, Maths, and digital skills, or to look for a new qualification. Get yourself 'job ready' and enrol on an Adult Learning Service course.  

Waltham Forest Migrant Hub  

If you are a migrant or a refugee, you can get support with: 

• English learning 
• Volunteering 
• Other provisions to enhance your skills and job prospects 

The Hub is open to all, regardless of income or immigration status.
