You can’t use your existing MyAccount for these forms.
Exceptions apply to dangerous wild animals kept in a zoo, circus, licensed pet shop, and places registered to carry out animal experiments.
If you have concerns about animal welfare or behaviour, or licensing please use our animal advice or licensing enquiry form.
Dangerous animals licences are issued by us.

An officer will contact you to explain the application process.
Fees are based on your licence requirements. Our officer will be able to advise you.
