As part of our new IT system, residents and businesses will need to create a new account and sign in to submit the online form.
You can’t use your existing MyAccount for these forms.
This is any premises where more than two bitches are kept for the purpose of breeding for sale.
These establishments are covered by the Breeding of Dogs Act 1973.
We cannot issue a licence if you are disqualified under any of the following acts:

Fees are based on your licence requirements. Our officer will advise you.
The Kennel Club is responsible for dog registration.
