Steps into Work is a Council led personalised one-to-one service which has been set up to support Waltham Forest residents to gain employment.
The Steps into Work team can support you at every stage of your journey to getting a new job. They can help you feel more confident; find vacancies; improve your CV; complete job applications; practise for interviews, and more.

This service is suitable for:
- Migrants, refugees and asylum seekers
- Those with mental health needs
- Black and other ethnic minorities
- Young people
- Women
