This development at The Jazz Yard in Brunner Road is part of a vibrant new neighbourhood. It consists of 83 one, two, and three bedroom apartments, and a new health centre located on the ground floor will be finished in 2023.

The development is named after the nearby commuter rail service known as the ‘Jazz Railway Service’. The rail service ran from Liverpool Street to Chingford in the 1920s. This Sixty Bricks development is a few minutes walk from St James Street and Walthamstow Central Stations. It provides quick and easy travel connections to the north and south of Walthamstow and good links to Central London.
