Request Parking Enforcement

If you are concerned about an unlawfully parked vehicle you can contact us to request enforcement. We will then arrange for a Civil Enforcement Officer patrolling your area to visit the location and if necessary issue a PCN.  Please note our team is available Monday to Saturday 6am to 10:30pm and Sunday 7:30am to 10:30pm.

You can report any unlawfully parked vehicles by calling 0203 092 0112 and selecting option 4. Please note that on bank holidays enforcement is not carried out on permit bays, however all other restrictions are enforced as usual.

The local authority can only issue penalty charge notices (PCNs) for most parking offences such as a vehicle parking across your drive way or on yellow lines. For vehicles parked dangerously or causing an obstruction (but not on yellow lines) we will be unable to assist and the Metropolitan Police should be contacted by dialling the non-emergency number 101.
