Walthamstow Leisure Centre offers a range of indoor sports facilities, including:

• A recently refurbished 55-station gym
• 6 court sports hall, offering badminton, basketball, pickleball & birthday parties
• 2 newly refurbished squash courts
• a dance studio and gymnastics hall
• Meeting room space

The centre also offers junior Gymnastics lessons and a range of adult fitness classes including Body Conditioning, HIIT, Yoga & Pilates.

GLL has a free weight loss programme, which is available at all Better leisure centres and gyms in Waltham Forest. The main features of the weight loss plan include:

• workshops on healthy eating
• supervised gym sessions
• free access to online classes

Please note the free weight loss programme can be accessed through a referral from your GP. It consists of weekly group sessions over 12 weeks, sessions are two hours long. More information and full benefits can be found on Better Leisure Centre's website.
