Coronation Gardens

Coronation Gardens was formally opened on 23 May 1903 and hosts the borough’s last surviving bandstand.

Bandstand

You can book the bandstand for events and activities including children’s parties and events. We’re also looking for local music, theatre and dance groups to come and perform at the bandstand.

Toilets are available when park staff are in, including accessible and baby changing facilities.

Dog owners

Dogs are allowed in the gardens but must be kept on a lead.
