There are many ways you can support your local museum or gallery.
Donations to the collections
We are always looking to develop our collections, to ensure they continue to reflect past and present Waltham Forest.
If you have an object, art work or photograph of local historical interest you wish to donate, contact the Vestry House Museum. The curator will advise whether the Museum can accept your offer based on our collection policy.
Please do not bring items in without an appointment, as staff cannot take things in without curatorial approval.
If your item relates to William Morris or the Arts and Crafts Movement, please contact the William Morris Gallery.
If we can't accept your items, we will put you in contact with a relevant organisation. They may be able to assist you further.
Bequests and pecuniary gifts
Donations help fund a wide variety of projects; such as new acquisitions, exhibitions, public engagement, and learning events.
There are donations boxes at the Vestry House Museum and William Morris Gallery.
To donate from a bank account, or if you are thinking of making a bequest please email email@example.com. Please type 'Donations and bequests' in the subject line of the email.
