You and Me Counselling

Established in 2011, You and Me Counselling is a not-for-profit organisation and registered charity that provides one to one and group counselling for children, young people, adults, and their families. 

Their services include counselling, psychotherapy, mentoring, information and advice. They use different kinds of methods, such as 

• cognitive behavioural therapy
• person centred
• play and arts therapy
• integrative therapy

they can help with many issues, such as anxiety, anger, self-harming, eating disorders, worry and bereavement. 

They work with Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMH) in the boroughs of Waltham Forest, Havering, Barking & Dagenham and Redbridge.
