You and Me Counselling

Established in 2011, You and Me Counselling are a not-for-profit organisation and registered charity that provides one to one and group counselling for children, young people, adults and their families. 

Their services include counselling, psychotherapy, mentoring, information and advice We use different kinds of methods, such as, 

• cognitive behavioural therapy
• person centred
• play and arts therapy
• integrative therapy

 they can help many issues such as anxiety, anger, self -harming, eating disorders, worry and bereavement. 

They work with Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMH) in the boroughs of Waltham Forest, Havering, Barking & Dagenham and Redbridge. 

Referral required and eligibility

Referrals must come through our website or Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMH).
