Walk and Talk for your Life Group exercise programme offer to help older adults reduce social isolation & loneliness.
They host classes online via Zoom Monday to Thursday and in person classes on Fridays at Higham Hill Hub.
Sessions combine:
- strength
- balance
- and bodyweight exercises
alongside a social group and group discussions on health topics such as:
- nutrition
- exercise
- stress
- and sleep
