Leaders Community

Leaders Community is a non profit organisation established with the aim of engaging with marginalised children and young people by responding to the rising tide of inequality and youth violence they face in their communities.

They believe that investing in children and young people makes good economic sense, and is the right thing to do. 

Leaders Community has a mission to support this marginalised group of children and young people through the Creative Arts which are relevant to their lifestyles, with the aim of overcoming barriers that hinder the fulfilment of their potential by reducing isolation and marginalisation, improving community cohesion and navigating them away from negative cycles and behaviours, keeping them safe and thereby improving their life chances.

Their programmes support the empowerment of our learners through consistent, high quality programs, inspirational teaching and support. A safe nurturing environment with each learner linked to mentors and role models selected from a diverse group of community, conscious adults who are able to inspire, cajole and support children and young people to engage positively. Their programs support improved well being, personal development and leadership skills.
