Transportation is provided to and from the centre. Clients are provided with a freshly cooked lunch along with morning and afternoon refreshments.
A timetable of activities is available and includes music therapy, performance from local musicians, games and activities that foster holistic well-being and meaningful connections.
Staff ensure professional supervision and prioritise the safety and comfort of every member.

Digital Access at The Skills Within Community Living Room
The Skills Within are offering a free, welcoming, and safe space for people to sit, rest, and socialise and enjoy a free healthy hot meal and refreshments. Alongside, there are computers available to use and volunteers offering digital skills support.
