Walk in centres treat infections, slight injuries, sprains, strains, or breaks.
Your dentist will provide regular treatment, extraction and tooth hygiene.
You can also find emergency dental care.
Many dentists provide NHS and private treatments
Contact your local pharmacy for minor and everyday illnesses such as diarrhoea, headache, cough and colds.
Stop smoking and sexual health services are at many pharmacies..
Community health services are provided in clinics, hospitals, and your home, including:
- care and support for people living with long term conditions such as diabetes
- speech and language therapy
- health visiting, district and school nursing
- hospitals provide many other services such as blood testing, foot care and children’s audiology
