thinkFOUND workshop

thinkFOUND is a furniture enterprise that also operates as a not for profit work experience platform for young people struggling to gain experience. 

thinkFOUND gives young people the opportunity to learn, train and seek structured employment with transferable skills.

They offer inductions to the world of work through making furniture, including:

• Taster sessions
• Work experience
• Paid work
• Links to apprenticeships 

These improve young people's employability, skills and wellbeing. 

thinkFOUND sessions are suitable for ages 16 to 25

2 week construction training programme 

thinkFOUND is running a 2 week training programme to get you ready to access an exciting career in the construction industry. The programme will give you the skills and ability to access an exciting career in the construction industry. 

• Invest in your future, invest in yourself
• Build valuable experience to put on your CV
• Be in a better position to pass work interviews and get the job

You must be aged 19 or older to be eligible for this programme

Dates

Monday 4 December to Friday 15 December - availability is flexible and can be tailored to the young person
