Community Outdoor Group (COG) is a local community project focused on cycling and bike maintenance with the long term vision of establishing a cycling hub for Waltham Forest.
COG run most of their sessions at Cheney Row BMX Track in Walthamstow, but also operate at Higham Hill Hub.
They also run COG - The Link, which is a project to engage community members that don't usually have access to a bike.
COG offer various cycling groups for different ages and abilities, including:
- Women's BMXercise
- Balance Bikes (3 - 6 years)
- BMX SEND Session (6 - 17 years)
- BMX (Beginners, Intermediates and Experts)
- Mountain Biking (Under 10s & Over 10s)
