Change Grow Live - Children and Young People (CYP) Services

Change Grow Live offer support to Children and Young People living or attending an education provision in Waltham Forest for substance use issues. They are a confidential service and consent based from the Young Person. Service provision is available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

Change Grow Live provides substance misuse support through: 

• One-to-one sessions and Group work for ages 18 to 25 run by a transitional worker
• One-to-one support for ages 11 to 18 using substances with a resilience worker
• Hidden Harm support for ages 6 to 18 when substance misuse is present within the family. 
• Support at Youth Justice services twice a week from our YOS Lead. 

Change Grow Live also provide:

• information about housing, education, training, finances, and employment. 
• Information for families, carers, and affected others. 
• Education workshops in schools, colleges, and other youth providers. 
• Training and Workshops for Professional Partners.
