The Seddon Centre is a local community centre in Leyton hosting a variety of activities, including Family Hub activities and youth provision. 

Family Hubs

The Family Hubs programme provides a wide range of information, activities and services in your local area including health, learning and play activities, childcare, family support, employment support, housing advice, money and benefits advice and much more. 

We know that all families need support from time to time to look after their wellbeing and help their babies and children thrive.

Youth provision

Leyton Orient Trust - Youth Zone

The Youth Zone is part of our Space4All programme at Waltham Forest, within our Family Hubs programme, bringing key services to residents in their local neighbourhood.

Every Thursday from 5pm to 7pm

Indoor youth club activities including sports and video games

Suitable for ages 11 to 18

'Get Set Roll' Project

These sessions are being delivered as part of the Get Set Go project led by Ebony I.N.K CIC in partnership with L&Q. 

Every Friday from 6pm to 8pm

  • 6pm to 7pm - Family Learn to skate sessions and Roller Disco (Children & Adults)
  • 7pm to 8pm - Advanced skate techniques & skate employability skills 

This programme is running for 5 weeks from Friday 13 October until Friday 10 November

Creative Engagement Services

Creative Engagement Services 

The Community Engagement Services is part of the Community safety funded intervention: creative activities, further opportunities, support and training. Chill zone, podcasting, games, music and video production, mentoring and food.

Every Tuesday, 6.30pm to 8.30pm
