Storage, explosives and poisons licence

You must obtain a licence if you intend to store or sell dangerous products e.g. fireworks, explosives and more


Explosives licence: Licence to sell fireworks


All traders who intend to store mixed explosives must be registered yearly (including car dealers/garages)

Poisons licence


As of 26 May 2015, retailers no longer need to register with the council to sell Part 2 poisons due to the Deregulation Act 2015.

Petrol storage licence


Petrol filling stations and other commercial petrol storage facilities in London must be licensed
