If you're struggling to cope and haven't been able to find support or get help from our services, you may need some more help.

The Child and Family Consultation Service (CFCS) is Waltham Forest's specialist mental health team which supports children, young people and their families. We help children and young people under 18 who are experiencing emotional, behavioural or mental health difficulties. Difficulties we see include Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Eating disorders, Self-Harm, etc.
