Apply for primary school

You must apply for a transfer to a Year 3 place through eAdmissions if your child is in Year 2 and attends:  

• Chapel End Infant School
• St Joseph’s Infant School
• an infant school outside Waltham Forest 

You must apply by 15 January to be informed of the outcome by 16 April. 

You will need to complete the Junior Application form if you cannot apply online or if you are applying after 15 January 2026.   

If you apply after 15 January 2026, your application will be considered late and will be processed after 16 April 2026.  

If you make a late application, you will receive your child’s school offer by post after 16 April 2026.  The letter will give you information on how to accept or decline the school place offered.
