Helping residents to recycle more
You can recycle unwanted textiles or unwanted small electrical items by visiting one of our public recycling banks.
If you have access to two wheeled bins for waste and recycling collections, you can place bags of clothes and shoes, bags of small electrical items on top of the green two-wheeled bin on the scheduled bin collection day for collection. Please do not use black bags when doing this as bags of these items will not be collected.
For more information on the additional item collection service and to see what other items we collect please visit the Helping residents to recycle more page .
