The Council provides outcome focused services to young people placed and offer support on individually identified physical, emotional and psychological needs, addressing issues of Education, Employment and Training with agreed outcomes through individual young person’s pathway/support plan.
Once young people have gained their independence and are ready to move out, they will be supported to apply for their own flats and move into these with or without further floating support as required.
The processing and use of your personal data is underpinned by our compliance with our legal and statutory obligations, primarily under the Children (Leaving Care) Act 2000 and The Care Leavers (England) Regulations 2010 (the Care Leavers Regulations).
