Come along and be inspired by new ways to reuse, repair, recycle, upcycle and repurpose your household goods, clothes, beloved and everyday items at our Reuse and Repair Fairs, which will tour Waltham Forest in 2024!

Reuse and Repair Fairs are Free for all to attend, featuring themed activity zones and showcasing local sustainability initiatives right here on your doorstep.

The fairs, with the first in Leyton, will highlight a leading theme from Reuse and Repair with the key focus on enabling all of us to waste less, reduce carbon emissions and save money.

These expert-filled fairs will offer repair and upcycling for free, including

  • clothing and textiles
  • toys
  • household electric goods
  • furniture
  • and home.

There will be plenty of fun activities for all ages, workshops, talks and demonstrations, giving everyone the opportunity to learn how to reuse and create, fix things themselves or discover the many local organisations and social groups available to join and visit.

Bring along donations for the ever-popular free Give and Take organised by Forest Recycling Project. Simply bring something along you no longer use to give and take something away you need. Donations accepted from 10.30am on the day.

Come along and see how we can all individually make a difference.

Light refreshments will be available to buy at each fair.
