For many people, regular physical activity might not feel like an option. You might have a recurring injury or disability which stops you doing what you love, or it might feel too time-consuming or expensive. You might be worried about keeping motivation, or that exercise just isn’t your thing.

In Waltham Forest, there is something for everyone. The below sections are full of activity tailored for people with different ability levels, free activities, group sessions and ideas for activity by yourself.

All sessions listed are free or low-cost. All of them are suitable for total beginners.
