This was once the site of the famous Larkswood Lido, which was open for over 50 years, from 1936 to 1987.

Today, it is a mature green open space, rich in wildlife, with impressive oak and hornbeam trees.  This ancient woodland is ideal for peaceful walks. There is also a large open area ideal for a kickabout, games and picnics.
