Employment support for young people

Future Formed is a programme designed to inspire and support Waltham Forest residents aged 16 to 30 in exploring opportunities within the creative industries. Through mentoring, professional guidance, and first-hand industry experience, participants gain valuable insight and develop the skills needed to secure paid placements or freelance work. Each journey is tailored to match individual circumstances, ambitions, and availability, ensuring a personalised approach that works for everyone.
