Private rented property licensing (PRPL)

The consultation has now ended for the new Additional Licensing Scheme and the new Selective Licensing Scheme both of these schemes were agreed at Cabinet on 9 July 2024.  

The Council's new Selective Licensing designation has been approved by The Secretary of State. Please see the Public Notice below.
