Repairs you can log on the portal

You can now: 

  • log repair requests with Morgan Sindall Property Services (MSPS), Aston Group or your Tenant Management Organisation (TMO).
  • for MSPS repairs, you can select an appointment time that suits you.
  • view and track the progress of your repair online, and outside normal working office hours.

Repairs 

Can I request repairs through the portal?  Yes, for most repairs. For emergency repairs - you need to call the number provided.  
Can I choose a date and time for the repair? Usually yes, but if we are not able to offer you an appointment through the portal, we will tell you and a member of staff will contact you to arrange a date and time. Your repair will still be logged.  
Can I see previous repairs carried out on my home? Yes, but only from the time the portal went live.  
Can I change or cancel a repair? Yes. But you cannot update or cancel the repair if it’s scheduled for the next day. 
I can’t find a repair on the portal? Have you checked the Tenant repairs - permission and responsibilities website page. 
I live in a TMO home. Can I request a repair through the portal?   Yes. You can request a repair on the portal, but you won’t be able to book an appointment slot.  Your TMO will contact you to arrange the appointment. 
I live in Temporary Accommodation. Can I request a repair through the portal? If you live in Temporary Accommodation, you are currently unable to create an account for the portal; if you need to report a repair for your property, please contact your landlord directly.
