What details can you check in the portal?

You can now: 

  • See and update contact details and household information.

Tenancy details 

Can I update my contact details? Yes. You can view and update the contact details we hold for you, including email address and telephone number.
Can I see my tenancy details? Yes. You can view your tenancy reference number, tenure type, start date, address and household members.  
Can I see details of all the people listed on my tenancy? Yes. Go to 'My Household' to view current members of your household linked to this tenancy. 
Can I add or remove household members from my tenancy? Yes. Go to 'My Household’ and submit a request. Your request will be forwarded to the tenancy team to update this information for you. 
Can I give notice to end my tenancy? Yes. Go my 'My Household' and scroll down to 'Give Notice' and complete the Notice to Quit form. Once submitted the tenancy team will start this process and will be in touch. 
What should I do if I notice incorrect details on my tenancy? Go to the 'Get in touch' section and submit a tenancy enquiry. Please let us know what information is incorrect and the tenancy team will investigate this. It may take up to 10 days for this to get actioned.
