Working with our contractors, Morgan Sindall Property Services and Aston Group, we provide a wide range of free training courses and workshops for our residents. 

We have developed a range of free, fun and informal training sessions designed, for small groups, to help tenants and leaseholders learn new skills, boost their confidence, add to their CV and meet new people. It covers skills for life, involvement and employment. Book a session today!

Our tenants and leaseholders are welcome to join these digital inclusions workshops to help them become more digitally savvy! 

• Let's get digital 

Our contractors are delivering a programme of support and advice sessions on energy awareness and energy saving tips. These sessions are delivered virtually via Teams on the first Wednesday of each month from 10am -12noon. If these times do not work or you would prefer to meet face then get in touch and we can arrange a time, location that works for you.

Those running the sessions have passed a Level 3 qualification in Energy Awareness with the National Energy Action, enabling them to advise residents on the following: 

• Making sure your home is energy efficient
• What to do if you’re struggling to pay your energy bills 
• The best boiler and thermostat controls for heating your home efficiently 
• Grants and benefits to help you pay your energy bills 
• Signposting for extra support to other agencies

Both our contractors provide free support and advice sessions to help secure employment or move roles.

• Need tips on preparing for an interview?
• Or are you looking for a new job and need some support with where to start?

Then join our employability sessions where we can offer support and guidance to help you on your job search. These are delivered every Monday 9:30am – 3:30pm at local job centres in the borough.

Morgan Sindall has a huge variety of online courses available for our tenants and leaseholders to learn new skills or refresh existing ones, such as – admin, computing / technology, customer service and mental health and wellbeing.
