During periods of very hot weather, we may adjust working hours to help keep staff safe. This means some Caretaking and Grounds Maintenance staff may start earlier than usual, typically working from 6am to 2pm or 7am to 3pm.

We make sure services are still covered throughout the day, so a small number of staff remain available during normal working hours.

You rightly expect to live in a clean and safe environment and here’s some of the things we do to look after the communal areas of our estates.

Caretaking and grounds maintenance

Our Teams work hard to keep our communal areas clean and tidy. Please find our service standards below, which outlines our team’s responsibilities and how frequently they will complete the assigned tasks:

If there is something we need to improve on or we are not meeting our service standards, contact the Caretaking and Grounds maintenance service.

Ensure you provide details of the issue (including location), your name, address and contact number.

Estate inspections

Our estates are regularly inspected by the Place Officers, Surveyors and resident representatives.

We really value residents being part of our estate inspections. So, if you are interested in taking part in one of these inspections we can be flexible with our timings for your convenience, please register your interest by emailing the Place Team.

Remember to include your name, estate, contact details and if you are a tenant or leaseholder.

Report any issues on your estate

If you are experiencing anti-social behaviour or noise within your estate, please report using the following forms:.

Issues outside of your estate
