Keeping residents updated

We're keeping residents up to date with regular printed and email bulletins for those directly impacted. We also plan to hold regular resident meetings.  

All residents will have a named contact, usually their Housing Officer or Resident Liaison Officer, who they can reach out to with any questions.  

They will also be given contact details for the waking watch. Communication channels will continue all the way through the remedial work programme.  This includes setting up WhatsApp groups for residents in each block. 

We know that some residents will need more support than others. That's why we're surveying all residents in the  blocks to identify any who are vulnerable and will need extra help in the case of a fire emergency. We will share this information with the Waking Watch and London Fire Brigade.
