Zebra striping

Zebra striping is when you alternate between alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Like the black and white stripes of a zebra, this method creates a pattern that helps moderate your drinking. Because of this technique, you’ll find yourself able to still enjoy social occasions that typically involve alcohol.

Alcohol free options

Alcohol free alternatives are becoming increasingly common and can help you reduce your alcohol intake. There are alcohol free beers, wines and spirits available. Across the borough, many pubs, bars and restaurants now offer alcohol free alternatives.

To support you in reducing your alcohol intake, we have a new initiative that allows businesses to showcase that they offer alcohol free drinks or alcohol free beer on tap. Look out for window stickers in venues that show they offer alcohol free alternatives so you can continue to enjoy yourself in your local businesses!
