These Wellbeing Cafés run by the charity Mind offer weekly face-to-face sessions for residents of Waltham Forest over 18 who experience low mood, anxiety, loneliness, or social isolation.
Offering light refreshments, social time, wellbeing sessions, activities, advice and learning sessions to choose from. These are open to members only.
