
Springfest at Fellowship Square - events from 1 April
As the weather improves, we want to bring the people of Waltham Forest together with a range of free and low-cost activities this spring.
Springfest brings together events and activities in April & May, including a fun-filled programme for children over the Easter holidays and opportunities to get active.
You can find details for our events below.
Fellowship fountain displays
We will have multiple fountain displays every day, that are timed to music with a variety of gorgeous colours! Head down and visit to check it out, for free!
Weekend markets at Fellowship Square
Every Saturday, 10am to 4pm - Saturday Social in partnership with Walthamstow Sunday Social
Saturday Social street food and produce market, every Saturday from 1 April.

First Sunday of each month, 10am to 5pm - Go East Vintage
Our Go East Vintage Market will take place in Fellowship Square with some of London's finest vintage traders bringing their best antique and vintage wares to Walthamstow. Expect a mix of mid-century furniture, lighting, homeware, clothing, accessories and vinyl alongside a fully stocked bar, street food vendors, children's entertainment and music all day.

Every second Sunday of each month, 11am to 4pm - Makers Market

Easter holiday activities
Join us for a fun filled Easter holiday programme, where you can enjoy a variety of free and ticketed activities to keep boredom at bay. There are fountain shows, trails and lots of activities. Local food traders will delight your pallet and there is ice cream too!
Fellowship Square Trail - free!
Every weekday between 10am to 5pm, Amity the lion will guide you around the square. The trail contains interesting Fellowship Facts which tell the story of the location, the buildings and the people. You can also complete Amity's Activities as you go around.
See a Fellowship Host afterwards to collect a prize for taking part!
Collect trails from the Town Hall, trail will last around 30 minutes.
Bus King Theatre
Everyday from Monday 3 April to Friday 14 April, 11am to 11.30am
A puppet show presented in a beautifully converted double decker bus, suitable for all ages with additional puppet making workshops on the upper deck after the show. £7.50 per ticket.
Let’s Get Out - outdoor topics and activities
Tuesday 4 April to Friday 7 April, 10.30am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 3.30pm
Tuesday 11 April to Friday 14 April, 10.30am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 3.30pm
There are eight sessions across the four days. Each session costs £7 each or you can book on all sessions for £44.

Piñatas in Wonderland - hosted by Sweet Paper Creations
Tuesday 4 April, 10.30am to 11.30am and 1pm to 3pm
‘Piñatas in Wonderland’ is an immersive storytelling experience in Fellowship Square.
Characters dress up and Alice will tell the story of Wonderland. After the thrilling tale is over, there will be a chance to make your very own piñata based off the characters.
Everyone is encouraged to dress up too!
Maryam Luong Face Painting

Football Fun Factory - an unmissable experience for all ages and abilities!
Monday 10 April to Friday 14 April, 10am to 5pm
There will be fun games, football skills, inflatable goal posts and an inflatable dart board.
Each day, there will be four hour-long inflatable play sessions (10am, 11am, 1pm and 2pm), as well as a drop-in penalty shoot-out and dart showdown from 3pm to 5pm.
Leisure activities
Full Moon Yoga & Gong Bath 5 May 7:30pm-9pm
Join East of Eden and Waltham Forest Council in honouring the Flower Moon with a one hour yoga class, accessible to everybody (no yoga experience required), followed by a gong sound meditation in savasana. By coming together in community at the full moon, we are honouring the natural cycles of the earth as well as creating space to connect with our fellow beings. Bring your own mat and blanket, and set yourself down wherever you want.
