This riotous and atmospheric outdoor production will bring the story of Shakespeare’s most famous star-crossed lovers to life at Fellowship Square this July. It will be the Romeo and Juliet you know but set in modern East London.

Featuring live music and showstopper numbers to music from Lizzo, Dizzee Rascal, Gloria Estefan, Shirley Bassey and Clean Bandit. This is a family friendly production and there will be opportunities for audience participation. Everyone is welcome to bring their own picnic and soak up the atmosphere at Fellowship Square before the show.

Produced by the East London Shakespeare Festival who combine the storytelling of the Bard with a flavour of East London culture and contemporary twists and turns. Please be aware that they operate an all-weather policy so the show will go on even if it rains.
