Register your interest in Nordic Walking

Improve your posture and explore beautiful green space.

On the first Friday of the month, there is a 'learn to Nordic walk' walk. Walk Leaders have a few walking poles spare, please confirm if you will need walking poles. Please note this walk is at a medium to brisk pace and therefore a good level of fitness is required, as well as comfortable walking shoes.

Participants must register in advance of attending their first walk by emailing Feel.Good@walthamforest.gov.uk and completing the registration form.
