Boost your mental health  with these free dance classes run by Crest Waltham Forest at The Snug, a wonderful and welcoming community living room on Greenleaf Road. 

Connect through movement games, learn a jazzy routine and find some collective calm. The sessions are open to all adults - any age, mobility or experience.
