It's Family Day at the William Morris Gallery on Tuesday 26 July 2022 and this is a special storytelling event to celebrate Pride 2022. We'll be joined by Miss Greta from Drag Queen Story Hour UK, a fun-loving and exciting storyteller who comes all the way from Malta! She's energetic, fabulously pink, and absolutely loves to talk about the environment - she'll be telling a very special fairytale on the day and (weather permitting) we'll enjoy this on the lawn at the front of the Gallery.
There are three sessions (each for 30 minutes) to choose from, at 1pm, 2pm and 3pm. This is a free event but booking is essential. Please book in advance and ensure that you book a ticket for each member of your group (adult tickets for 16+, child’s tickets for aged 15 and under).
While you’re at the Gallery, there’s an exciting new family trail now available. Start by exploring the Gallery and the Althea McNish: Colour is Mine exhibition with Indigo the Bird. Then follow the trail on an adventure around our garden with Fafnir the Dragon. When you’ve completed it, claim your prize!
