Baby Massage at Walthamstow Family Hub

You will learn how to massage your baby safely during this weekly five-session course. 

Massage offers benefits such as bonding, calming your baby, improving sleep, aiding digestion, and enhancing circulation. We recommend you start after your baby has had their six checks and when your baby is content and alert.
