The Council’s legitimate interests include efficient delivery of home energy efficiency services to alleviate fuel poverty; demonstrating delivery to funders; supporting public health and carbon reduction; and coordinating with trusted referral partners to reach vulnerable residents.
The Council sometimes processes special category data such as health information relevant to eligibility or vulnerability. In these cases, explicit consent is obtained from you and you may withdraw consent at any time.
You will be asked by our contractor HEET to sign a data protection and consent form, where you consent to the sharing of your data with us.
