Adults: They deliver a 12-week programme, NICE compliant, encouraging life-long lifestyle change. One our of the session will cover nutrition/healthy eating and include topics such as portion sizes/nutrition/alcohol consumption.

The second hour will focus on physical activity, delivered by local Physical Activity Specialists/Instructors, leveraging partners from our asset map, e.g. Sylvestrian Leisure. Weekly weigh-ins will be offered by their qualified Nutritionist. The programme can be adapted in various ways such as remote delivery women exclusive etc.
