World Mental Health Day: 10 October 2021

World Mental Health Day, 10 October this year marks more than 18 months since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Local research in Waltham Forest suggests that the following group were most affected in their mental health by the pandemic are those who had lost someone close such as older adults, parents with young children, young Adults under 35 and business owners.

As we all go towards normalcy, we continue our efforts to encourage you to look after your mental health to build resilience and stay well.
